Alexis joined L’Oréal Hellas in 2015 as the digital manager of Active Cosmetics Division, having already worked for about 10 years in leading advertising agencies.
In 2018, he took over the role of Country Chief Digital Officer and he led the shift towards precision advertising and ensured for optimal investment in digital media, leading Greece in top positions in Europe within L’Oreal group.
Currently he is the Head of Media of L’Oreal Hellas and his mission is to lead omni-channel media mix strategy to increase ROI, consumer relevancy and ensure full-funnel communication. Alexis will support the organization by consulting internal teams on media strategy and plans, harmonizing media agency processes and tools, build joint business plans with key partners (Meta, Tik Tok, Google), secure digital media excellence and advance in 1p data for media.
